Let’s Choose Love Wins Prestigious Bronze Level Anthem Award for Community Outreach in Education, Art, & Culture! Anthem Award winners were selected from 2,000 entrants from 44 countries by social impact leaders from Nike, The Clinton Foundation, Netflix and more.

TechnicBox: Empowering STEM Education
TechnicBox is a group of dynamic high school students working tirelessly to transform the landscape of STEM education. This team of young men from Plano, Texas is on a mission to bring STEM to students across the world. Through their partnership with Let’s Choose Love, TechnicBox is able to launch their proof of concept boxes at home and abroad.

Cardio Drumming | Kris Johnson
Cardio drumming is a combination of movment, exercise and drumming. Kris Johnson is an elementary PE teaching in Lexington, Nebraska who is always looking for new challenges and opportunities for her students. Using her Let’s Choose Love Grant, Kris was able to add a Cardio Drumming program to her PE curriculum.

In My Skin | Brianna Woolford
In My Skin is an Emotional Intelligence Program designed to teach and promote emotional regulation and communication skills by creating positive relationships among kids aged 5 - 10. The young and ambitious Brianna Woolford started In My Skin to combat challenges kids are facing post pandemic.
The Murrieta Train Project — a Steaming Success!
We are delighted to share that Aimee Edgeworth hosted a very successful Steampunk Tea Party Fundraiser on August 5th with an incredible turnout. This Let’s Choose Love sponsored event was created in partnership with many local organizations in Murrieta, California, to serve as a community gathering and fundraiser for the Murrieta Train Project. The fundraiser raised over $6,600 for the future Cultural Arts Center.

DiSYPles Summer Youth Program | Amanda Taylor
Amanda Taylor and the Bethany Community Ministries provide a free summer long youth program for youth in the predominately BIPOC community of Homewood Pittsburgh. Amanda is using her LCL grant to provide new & exciting opportunities to campers.

Sidewalk Talk | Jackie Green-August
Jackie Green-August runs a small non-profit called PEACE (People Empowered by and Committed to Education) in Nottaway, Virginia. Jackie is using her Let's Choose Love Grant to combat loneliness, spread love & inspire connection in her rural community by starting a local chapter of @sidewalktalkorg. After hosting her first event, that went much differently than anticipated, Jackie is excited to continue extending love to people across her county.

The Helping Halo Project | Zaria Byrd
15 year old Zaria Byrd is on a mission to eradicate period poverty in the Metro Atlanta area through providing resources and education. She is using her Let’s Choose Love grant to support 200 young women this summer!

From Queen City with Love | The Slice Girlz
The Slice Girlz, Andrea and Dawn, in Allegany County, MD are creating a collaborative musical experience called, From Queen City with Love. The Slice Girlz have gathered musicians from all over their Middle Appalachia community to come together and record original music that they can then share with the world.
The best part? All proceeds from the From Queen City with Love project will be donated to the Allegany Arts Council to create a beautiful outdoor performance space for future generations to enjoy!

Cane Quest | Natlie Armstrong
Natalie Armstrong is a junior at NE State University in Oklahoma, studying to be a bilingual speech language pathologist. In her free time, Natalie volunteers at the Oklahoma School for the Blind during their annual Cane Quest competition. Natalie is using her Let’s Choose Love grant to support the competition by purchasing high quality prizes for competitors.
